Safe Investing:How to invest safely, without worrying about it?

Do you think the investment is only for the pros, who always sticking to tv with a news channel on, always reading the newspaper, talking about finances only?

Then you are WRONG.

Have you ever heard about all these things:

Yes, these are some methods of investing, and from now on we will be talking about safe investing among these methods.

Okay, So you might be familiar with some of the aforementioned methods mentioned above i.e, Gold, Real Estate, Saving a/c, FD(Fixed Deposit), RD(Recurring Deposit).

And you might know, these methods are so safe to invest in.

But you should know the stock market can give you a bigger profit, rather than investing in all these things, mentioned above.

But do you wonder, how stocks and mutual funds are also safe to invest in, that's too without any investigation?

How the stock market is safe?

Have you ever thought about how bank multiples our money? How it makes us profit without profiting for his own?

So, the answer is they invest our money in some other ways, one of them is the stock market.

So, basically stock market is a market where we can buy shares of some listed company.

Buying share means: we are investing some money in a company holding a position on that company. This means yes, you are owning some fraction of the company.

But is also right that the risk factor of investing in the Stock market is quite high rather than investing in FDs, RDs, Golds, etc. But this doesn't, means we can't do a safe investment in the stock market.

So, while talking about the Stock market, two important things pop up.

SENSEX & NIFTY

So, now we will design our safe investing strategy from these indexes.

SENSEX
NIFTY 50

So, as you can notice here, SENSEX and NIFTY 50, two popular INDIA STOCK EXCHANGES indexes, never went to zero or never collapsed since their birth.

And, they can't be zero anyway, because these are groups of TOP LISTED COMPANIES in NSDL or CDSL.

Why INDEX can't be zero?
If a company listed on the index may get shut due to some reasons, the index will still not go down to zero because the company will get replaced on the list.

SENSEX(DURING MARKET CRASH due to PANDEMIC)

NIFTY 50(DURING MARKET CRASH due to PANDEMIC)

So, here as you can notice, during the PANDEMIC, where the whole market got crashed, many companies got shut, but here the INDEXes went down and still get recovered also, but not got shut completely.
And this is because, the companies on the list which went down, they also get replaced.

So, by investing in INDEX, you will have a surety that your money will never become zero.
